The Chomp and Stomp is kicked off by one of the most popular races in the city of Atlanta! This is our 10th year and we’ve grown by leaps and bounds each year. The fast, flat course is great for first timers or PR’s. Awesome, LONG SLEEVED tee to all participants. And the weather, well we don’t want to jinx ourselves, but the weather gods have been with us. They have granted us cool crisp mornings, perfect for running, and a great way to earn your beer if you are so inclined. Free chili to all race participants at the Chomp and Stomp Chili and bluegrass festival later that day–$5 VALUE and no waiting in line.
There is NO race day registration
This race has sold out four straight years and we expect it to sell out in 2015. Early bird is $25 (August 4th – August 10th). After August 10th the fee for the race goes to $30.00. Pick up registration packets from 6p-9p on Thursday (Nov 5) and Friday (Nov 6) at the Cabbagetown Community Center on Estoria Street. Note: There is a daycare operating until 6p, so nobody will be allowed in until 6p. Also, pick up packets from 6:45a on Saturday at Milltown.
- The race begins on November 7th, 7:30 for walkers 8:00am for runners, at the corner of Tennelle and Carroll Street. Just head towards Milltown. It ends on Kirkwood at the top of the park.

- It sold out the last 5 years so don’t wait too long.
